Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our teaching approach, registration, and specialized programs.

Logistics & Schedules

How long does a level take?
To offer maximum flexibility, we divide each CEFR level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) into three or four sub-levels. This allows you to join highly targeted groups following your placement test. A sub-level lasts between 4 and 6 weeks. You are, of course, free to take breaks between sub-levels.
What are the schedules and class frequency?

For groups, sessions generally last 2 hours, 2 to 3 times a week.

In summer, we offer intensive programs from Sunday to Thursday (5 times a week) with 3-hour sessions.

For professionals and busy students, we offer evening classes as well as weekend groups (morning or afternoon).

Schedules for individuals (One-to-One) and companies are flexible and custom-tailored.

What are your age groups?
Our level-based language training adapts precisely to the cognitive needs of each age group: Kids (5 to 9 years), Teens (10 to 14 years), Teens Pro Max, and Adults (15+ years).

Placement Test & Registration

How does the placement test work, and is there a fee?
The placement test is entirely free. You can start by registering online or directly at our academy in Algiers Center (view on map). Taking the test online is faster: you will receive an instant email with your results. One of our expert teachers will then review everything for an accurate placement.
What documents do I need to provide for registration?
No complicated paperwork is required! We have adopted a "zero paper" policy. We will only ask for an ID when issuing your certificate of achievement, to ensure the accuracy of your information.

Certification & Specialized Exams

Do you issue a certificate? Do you prepare for international exams?
Yes, every student receives a valid Masqool Academy certificate upon successful completion of their level. Additionally, we offer rigorous preparation for international exams like IELTS and TCF to propel your career.
What are the prerequisites for Specialized English (Aviation, Medical...)?
For certain ESP (English for Specific Purposes) programs, we administer a placement test or an oral evaluation to ensure you have sufficient proficiency to follow the technical training. However, several of our specialized courses remain accessible from beginner levels (A1 and A2).
Do you offer custom emergency "Crash Courses"?
Absolutely. If you are preparing for a critical job interview or an urgent exam, you can book private "One-to-One" sessions. Contact us via WhatsApp for a quick response. Just let us know slightly in advance so the teacher can customize the content to your specific needs.

Methodology & Digital Learning

What digital tools do you use for learning?
In addition to cutting-edge educational materials, each group has its own private Telegram space. Our teachers share course materials, audio tracks, recommendations for useful websites and apps, as well as rich multimedia content. The goal is to support you continuously and make learning immersive and fun.
Are your classes online or in-person?
We offer both! For groups and individuals, you have the choice between 100% online or in-person classes. For our Corporate clients, training can take place at our academy in Algiers Center, at your company's premises, or in a privatized external conference space.
